Music at St. Andrew’s popular recital series returns on February 2! Experience great, mostly classical music in the tranquil sanctuary of historic St. Andrew’s Church each Friday noontime. The 50-minute recitals feature topflight performers: post-graduate music students, rising young stars and veteran performers. St. Andrew’s Church is located is at King & Simcoe Streets, opposite Roy Thomson Hall. Recitals start at 12:10 p.m. Admission is free but donations welcome.

Feb. 2
Emerald Sun, clarinet; Hee-Soo Yoon, violin; Rosalind Zhang, cello; Jean-Luc Therrien, piano: Messiaen, Quartet for the End of Time.
Feb. 9
Jordan Klapman, piano and vocalist Shelley Hamilton. Classic Jazz,
Gospel, soul and R&B songs in honour of Black History month.
