Thank You from the Sidgwick Scholars

Posted May 13th, 2008 by webmaster

Dear John and Bill:

Thank you very much for hosting us on the May 7th and in promoting the Handel "Joshua"concert. We heard from many of our ticket buyers at the concert that they tuned into your program Bill and were attracted to come to our concert via our Sidgwick Scholars vocal performance. We had a good house at the Sunday Mother's Day afternoon performance and our choral performance of the work was "electric".

All of our Orpheus artists involved for this promotional event were very pleased with the surrounding of your new "performance lobby" and we would welcome the opportunity to work with you both again in the near future. Here is a photo of the morning event for your archives or future promotional usage...should you want to use.

In the photo from left to right: Vasil Garvanliev, (Baritone) Robert Cooper, Artistic Director, Wallis Giunta, (Mezzo-Soprano) Bill Anderson, Host, Meghan Fleet (Soprano) and Edward Moroney, Accompanist (I took this picture)

We're just getting our 2008-2009 season under way and we'll be in touch with your advertising department promote some concerts of our up-coming season.

We'd appreciate a phone call when the CD's and DVD's are ready for pick-up or when this performance will be on your website.

Thank you again,

Ian Walker
