Need some help?

If you’re experiencing difficulties signing up as a Member of the Classical Club, here are some tips that might help make things easier:

1. The username that you register will be permanent, and cannot be edited once it is registered. In other words, make sure you don't forget your username.

2. Once you have filled in the registration form and clicked “Submit”, an email will be sent to you. The email you receive contains a link that you must click in order to complete your registration. After you click the link a page will appear where you will confirm your email address and set your password. Enter your password in the both fields and click the Update button. A reminder: all passwords are case-sensitive.

3. Once signed in, you may change your password by simply clicking the "Change Password" tab that appears on the Orange profile page that appears upon sign-in. You may also edit your personal information by clicking the "Edit" tab that appears right beside the change password tab, also on the Orange profile page that appears upon sign-in.

4. If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot your username and password?" link that appears under the password field (or click here). Fill in your email address or username, and upon clicking submit, we will send you an email that contains a link. Click the link and you will be taken to a page where you can reset your password.

5. To enter Contests on the site, sign in to the Classical Club and then head to "Contests and Features" by clicking the red tab on the navigation bar. The site will recognize you when you click to enter. You are also offered the option of signing into the Classical Club from the Contest page.

6. If you are having further difficulties and require further assistance, please email your name and phone number to webmaster@classical963fm.com and you will be contacted shortly thereafter.
