Spring Rolls – Dundas/Yonge Location

In the summer I along with a few friends decided to try out their patio. While sitting there I noticed that I was having trouble speaking and hearing my friends due to the loud dance music playing.  For the first ten minutes it was not too much a bother but the music began to get louder.  I felt like we were in a nightclub in the open air.  Mixed with the sounds of the city it became unbearable.  When the waiter took our order I asked if he would mind turning down the music a bit as it was hard to hear each other speaking.  The waiter left and returned a few minutes later and advised that the owner was trying out his new speakers on the patio but would not offer to turn the music down.  The waiter also mentioned the owner was sitting at the end of the patio.  For the duration of our meal the music got louder and more annoying and even the waiter had to yell when he returned asking if we needed anything else.  We quickly paid the bill and left.  While leaving we found the owner sitting with a few of what seemed to be friends having a meal.  Didn’t look like he was testing the speakers at all.  Just trying to draw a crowd to his restaurant with the music.  Definitely not a good experience.
